1. Scope and Rider Relationship

These Rider Terms supplement the General Terms and apply when you access TindaNation as a Rider through an approved Delivery Operator. Your Operator controls your authorization to receive its Orders. These terms do not determine whether you are an employee, contractor, partner, or other worker of your Operator; that relationship depends on your actual arrangement and applicable law.

2. Rider Eligibility and Documents

  • Use your real identity and only the Rider account assigned to you.
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence for the vehicle class you operate and maintain any permit or credential required by law or your Operator.
  • Use a legally registered, roadworthy vehicle with required safety equipment and documents.
  • Immediately report suspension, expiry, loss, or revocation of a required licence/permit/document to your Operator and TindaNation when relevant.

3. Account and Order Security

  • Do not share Rider OTPs, sessions, or accounts.
  • Do not accept an Order under another Rider’s identity or allow another person to complete your assigned Order without authorized reassignment.
  • Do not falsify pickup, delivery, location, receipt, photo, or status records.
  • Use Platform chat/contact information only for legitimate Order coordination and support.

4. Safe Driving

  • Obey traffic laws and lawful road/safety rules.
  • Never drive under the influence of alcohol, dangerous drugs, or impairing substances.
  • Do not use the phone in an unsafe manner while operating the vehicle.
  • Do not follow a Merchant/Customer instruction that would require unsafe or unlawful driving. Report the issue instead.

5. Pickup and Merchant Handover

  • Confirm the correct Merchant and Order before accepting custody.
  • Check obvious packaging, count, receipt, or handover issues when the workflow requires it, without opening sealed goods unnecessarily.
  • If the Order requires you to pay the Merchant, verify the amount and preserve the receipt/evidence required by the Platform.
  • Do not pressure the Merchant to release goods without required payment or authorization.

6. Handling Goods

  • Protect goods from damage, contamination, tampering, loss, rain, excessive heat, crushing, leakage, or unnecessary delay.
  • Use insulated bags or appropriate containers when required for food or temperature-sensitive items.
  • Do not consume, open, replace, borrow, pledge, or use Customer/Merchant goods.
  • Keep food packaging intact unless a lawful safety reason requires otherwise.

7. Delivery and Proof

  • Proceed to the correct Customer location and make reasonable contact attempts according to the Platform process.
  • Collect only the amount shown/authorized by the Order and provide or preserve required receipt information.
  • Use proof-of-delivery features truthfully. Do not photograph private areas or persons beyond what is reasonably needed and permitted for delivery evidence.
  • Do not mark an Order delivered before lawful handover or the authorized failed-delivery/return process is completed.

8. Restricted Goods and Age Verification

Refuse any prohibited delivery. For an age-restricted category enabled by TindaNation, verify the recipient’s valid identification as required by law and Platform policy. Do not hand over the item if the recipient is underage, cannot provide required valid identification, or the transaction otherwise fails the legal requirements. Follow the return/refund process and report suspected illicit requests.

9. Cash and Payment Integrity

  • Do not alter, conceal, or misappropriate cash collected from Customers or amounts intended for Merchants/Operators.
  • Do not add personal fees or tips as mandatory charges.
  • Reconcile and remit funds to your Operator according to the authorized arrangement.
  • Report material cash discrepancies promptly.

10. Professional Conduct

  • Treat Customers, Merchants, other Riders, Operators, and support personnel respectfully.
  • No harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, violence, stalking, intoxicated conduct, or retaliation.
  • Do not solicit a Customer to move an active TindaNation Order off-platform.
  • Do not use Customer addresses, phone numbers, or chat details after the legitimate delivery/support purpose ends.

11. Chat and Communications

Order chat may be automatically available while an Order is active and may become read-only or unavailable after completion. Do not attempt to continue contact through private channels unless legitimately necessary and permitted. Operator-to-Rider communications must remain within the Operator relationship and applicable Platform rules.

12. Incidents and Emergencies

Report accidents, injury, threats, theft, lost goods, major delays, unsafe locations, illegal requests, payment disputes, or serious delivery problems promptly to your Operator and through TindaNation where available. Contact emergency or law-enforcement services directly when immediate safety requires it.

13. Enforcement

TindaNation may restrict or suspend Rider access for serious or repeated safety, fraud, identity, payment, privacy, prohibited-goods, or conduct violations, or when required documents are invalid. Your Operator may also manage your Rider status under its own lawful policies and relationship with you.

14. Contact

For Platform complaints, use the TindaNation complaint channel or [email protected]. Employment/payment disputes solely between you and your Operator should first be raised with the Operator unless TindaNation is directly involved or law provides another remedy.
